Nothing Without You

I am the veins beneath your flesh;

I am also the blood that flows through them.

I am your vision;

I am what you see and what you seek.

I am your heartbeat; I am also your impulse.

I am your sarcasm and sagacity.

I am your every memory, thought and conscience.

I am your observation; I am your deliberation.

I am your hope; I am what you dream.

I am your achievement and consequence.

I alter you; I change your ways.

I am your freedom.

I imprison you but I am also your slave.

I love you but I am what you love.

You need me as I have needed you.

I am  your touch;

But I can’t help but feel the same

I am your everything;

Yet I am nothing without you…
